ADMISSION

· Easyned Español accepts no students under 18 in its Incountry Program (unlimited for online courses). Admission of students aged 17 at the time of sending the enrolment form will be considered carefully by our Management department.

PAYMENT

EASYNED INCOUNTRY PROGRAM (Free Virtual Course)

- Payment of 70 (only course OR accomodation) or 140 (accomodation AND course) Euros deposit (in advance). Paid following personal email instructions sent to student, you receive it once you filled in our enrolment form.

- Rest of the payment (total sum minus 70 (only course OR accomodation)/ 140 (accomodation ANDcourse) Euros-See Price Table) must be received before three weeks before your arrival (advisable). Paid following personal email instructions, you will receive it once you fill in our enrolment form. You can use this form to inform us about that second transfer. If you prefer to pay the difference on cash (in Málaga) or you send money before three weeks, we can not assure you your accomodation booking (depending on the season and housing circunstances).

-Commision Refund Help (with a maximum help of 9 Euros) is applied only to Easyned In-Country and Virtual Courses Program. Conditions are stablished according to terms exposed in email sent to the student.

EASYNED VIRTUAL PROGRAM

-Online Courses are paid in one single payment (total sum-See Price Table). Commision Refund Help is not applied to Easyned Virtual Courses.

Payments can be made through our bank transfer method, by cheque or by credit card. In any case students must follow instructions sent via personal email by Easyned (after completing enrolment form). Confirmation email will be sent to the student once his/her payment is received and confirmed. Submitting this Payment Conditions Form help track his/her payment / transfer.

ACCOMMODATION

- In case any element, belonging or part of the furniture, houseld goods or installation/fitting/equipment of the flat/room is damaged,spoilt or broken due to the negligence or intention of the student, this latter one will be charged for its replacement. Being this action or offence considered against law of property in case he/she does not take charge of its replacement or payment.

- Any broken/spoilt/damaged element of the flat/room must be reported to Easyned Personal Attention on entering the appartment.

EXPULSION

- Easyned Español reserves the right to expulse the student in case he/she exhibits bad manners, bad conduct or acts of violence in classes or at the school. Students can be expulsed when he/she infringe the law. In all these cases the student contract will be broken and both accomodation and courses payment will be be totally lost without any right to refund or claim.

INSURANCE

- Students are advised to get their own medical insurance or their own travel insurance before coming to Spain. Easyned can provide insurance if so requested. Activities in classes are covered.

CHANGES

- Changes regarding accomodation, courses or dates can not be assured two week before the beginning of courses. If done 30 euros must be paid in concept of "last-weeks changes".

VISA

- Students from European Union need no visa to come to Spain.

- Students from other countires must obstain the normal requested visa at your nearest Spanish embassy or consulate. If any certificate is requested (confirming attendance to Spanish classes), these ones can be only issued once the "Payment Form" has been submitted and 140 euros deposit has been received and confirmed.

CANCELLATION

- In case the student cancels his/her program before the last two weeks (before starting classes in Spain), he/she will lose 50 per cent of paid quantity. The student maintains the right to make the online course until the fixed date of the cancelled course if 50 per cent of paid quantity is more than 90 Euros. The rest will be refunded.

- In case the student cancels his/her program within the last two weeks (before starting classes in Spain), he/she will lose the deposit. The student maintains the right to make the online course until the fixed date of the cancelled course if lost quantity is more than 90 Euros.

GENERAL
- Easyned Español is not responsible for students´actions during the course, it is their own responsability (according to law)
- Easyned Español is not responsible in case the student does not attend his/her classes due to illness, transport problems, personnal reason, work reasons or any other reason what-soever.

- Courses prices, Accomodation prices and other activities prices are valid until the end of 2003

.-Enrolment to Easyned Courses implies the acceptance to Easyned Course Conditions and acceptance to Payment Terms and Conditions.
